Shipping and Returns Policy

Physical Products

We accept returns on unopened, unused products under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unopened and in its original, unused condition, with all pieces and parts included
  • The item is not a digital product (see Digital Course Policy below)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at contact@projectorsewing.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned outside this window, or that have been opened or used, are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer

A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee, within 5–10 business days of us receiving your returned item

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

If your item was damaged in transit, you may be eligible for an exchange. Contact us at contact@projectorsewing.com with a photo of the damaged item.

You may be responsible for shipping costs.


Digital Courses — Money-Back Guarantee

Our online courses (including Complete Projector Confidence, Master Inkscape for Sewing, and Master Affinity for Sewing) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • To request a refund, contact us (contact@projectorsewing.com) within 14 days of your purchase date
  • Upon issuing a refund, all downloaded course materials must be deleted, and access to the course will be revoked
  • Refunds requested after the 14-day window are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
